Guests Purchase Gifts
When a guest buys a gift, you'll receive an automatic email notification. Most in-stock items are fulfilled right away.
China, Crystal & Flatware
Fine china, crystal, and flatware selections are held until your registry is balanced. You'll receive a Gift Note for these items with the gift-giver's personal message.
Special Orders
If a selected item is out of stock, we'll send you a Gift Note and order it on your behalf. No action needed on your end.
Flexible Delivery for Guests
Guests can have gifts held for you, pick them up to hand-deliver at a shower, or ship directly — they choose at checkout.
Track Everything
View all purchases, gift-giver names, and your registry status in real time through "Manage My Registry."
Good to Know
- Most registry gifts are fulfilled as purchased. Fine china, crystal, and flatware are held until your registry is balanced.
- You'll receive a Gift Note when an item is out of stock or held for balancing. Gift Notes include the gift-giver's personal message.
- For all other items, you'll receive an automatic email notification when a gift is purchased.
- Guests choose their delivery preference at checkout — hold for pickup, pick up themselves, or ship.
- Prices and availability may change. Your registry credit reflects what was originally paid.
- If an item is discontinued, your credit remains available toward any replacement of your choice.
- Leftover credit never expires. Use it anytime on anything we sell. Credit cannot be refunded as cash.
