Bridal Policy

Welcome to the Charles Mayer and Company Bridal Registry.  Let our experienced staff show you a unique and personal approach for your gift registry.  

Every guest will receive a 10% discount for up to six months after your wedding date.

How it works:

• A personal appointment will be set with one of our wedding consultants to discuss the registry process and the bride and groom’s gift selection.
• After the merchandise is chosen, a registry will be created in the store and online for the ease of your guests and exact follow-through for the bride and groom.
• Guests choose items from the registry for purchase (e.g. various shower gifts) or a promise card will be sent to the bride for all other items that are purchased and a store credit will be issued.
• Sixty days or less after the wedding, an appointment will be set with one of our wedding consultants to discuss the available store credit and other purchased merchandise. This will give the bride and groom the flexibility to order exactly what they would like at a less demanding time.  Please allow shipping time from the manufacturer and any future gifts will have a sixty day return time from date of purchase.
• If the bride and groom would like us to carry excess merchandise in store, there is a guarantee purchase agreement for all remaining items.  These will be decided by the bride and groom.
